Our Chairman, Mr. B. S. Rajpurohit, started the Rajpurohit Foundation so he could empower society with education and health. Giving back to society is a huge part of our CSR activities.
As a child, Mr B.S. Rajpurohit used to walk miles to reach his school. He did not want any child to ever have to do that and so, The Rajpurohit Foundation, focuses on providing quality education with the very best facilities. Till date, the Foundation has donated Rs 10,00,00,000 for a school building near Jodhpur in India. The Foundation also donates to various institutions regularly.
The Foundation also focuses on providing basic healthcare in rural areas where these kind of facilities are almost non-existent. When the lack of potable water at a school in Gujarat caused stomach ailments, the Rajpurohit Foundation stepped in and installed a RO water Treatment plant. It has also set up a hospital in Shivtalav, Rajastan, making healthcare available for the adjoining villages too.
